The Dream of Flawless Skin

In my latest article on Makeup for Acne, I quoted Angela Palmer at About.com who referred to a survey that Neutrogena did.  Apparently, women want their makeup to give them the look of flawless skin.  Really?  Well, that's surprising (not the strong hint of sarcasm).  

While there are lots of ways to liven up your makeup with eyeshadows, blushes and mascara, it's getting the perfect concealer and foundation that is the ultimate challenge.  Keep on trying and testing.  No one has flawless skin, but you can make it look better with the right tools.

It's no secret I love mineral makeup. I like that it's a more natural skin care choice, and that it doesn't irritate my tends-to-be-sensitive skin.

Apparently, I'm not alone because mineral makeup is hot right now. Nearly every makeup brand has a mineral version, and all come with promises of many skin-healthy benefits.
